Full time, Permanent, 52 weeks a year   

Start date: Monday 5th September 2022

£40,245 - £46,771 per annum, St Christopher’s Grade SL1 - 5

We are looking for an individual to join St Christopher’s Multi Academy Trust as an Operations Manager, to support the Chief Operating Officer, in focussing on effective and sustainable services to schools, and the quality of administration support at our schools.  This activity is integral to ensure that the Trust stays statutorily compliant, embedding a framework of best practice whilst responding to Trust priorities effectively; thus leading to efficiencies, value added and ensuring our schools are well served.


The successful candidate will:

  • Be strategic, focused and values driven
  • Understand the importance of good communication and customer service
  • Be entrepreneurially minded in finding additional revenue streams for our schools and maximising resources
  • Enable schools to meet the needs of diverse communities
